STR and Venkat Prabhu were supposed to work together in ‘Maanadu’ that was actually planned for this year beginning. However, the shooting didn’t happen due to some issues and it was later reported of shelving as well. However, now it is said by the close sources that the shooting of this film will be starting on January 20, 2020 and will be completed in a short span of time.
Moreover, it’s really surprising to hear that the film will be having a worldwide release by May end 2020 indeed. Kalyani Priyadarshan, who has made her debut through Sivakarthikeyan’s ‘Hero’ will be playing the female lead. The shooting will start with the schedule in Coimbatore.
