Darbar, the Rajinikanth action thriller is running successfully in the release centers all over the country. The film, which marked Rajinikanth's first collaboration with popular filmmaker AR Murugadoss, has already emerged as a profitable venture in the box office. The superstar appeared as a police officer in Darbar after a long gap of 27 years.
In a recent interview, AR Murugadoss told the story of how the title of Darbar came into being.They had various conditions while search for the title such as the title should suit Superstar Rajinikanth as well as the title shouldn't be an English word and also the title of movie have be same in all the languages.
While many titles were suggested and rejected, Rajinikanth himself came up with the title Darbar. And also he stated that it would be righteous. According to his suggestion, the title of Darbar was chosen.
