What's next plan of Rajini?, his brother reveals

On 31 December, 2017, Rajinikanth said, 'I am not entering politics for name or fame. If it was for a post I would have joined in 1996. 'In next Assembly elections. I will form a party and will contest all constituencies in Tamilnadu', Rajinikanth said and added, 'If we are unable to do justice to people, we will resign in 3 years.' He further stated, 'We should not speak about politics till my next announcement. We should not criticise anyone or target anyone. We should wait till we are ready to swim.'

A year has gone and the actor has had two film releases  Kaala and 2.0. His next Petta is getting released. Reports say that he would do a movie with A R Murugadoss next. So what happened to his political announcement? 
His brother Sathyanarayana addressing media persons on Sunday said, 'Rajini has got his plans ready. He would announce them after Pongal'.
This has brought cheer among Rajinikanth fans. Petta starring Rajinikanth, is directed by Karthik Subbaraj. It is produced by Sun Pictures and it would be out 10 January.
