The commemoration ceremony was held at DMDK headquarters in Coimbatore on behalf of the DMDK party as a tribute to the representatives who won the local elections.
In this, the leader of the DMDK, Vijayakanth and Treasurer Premalatha Vijayakanth attended the election ceremony and congratulated the party's local government election winners.
Speaking on the occasion, Premalatha Vijayakanth said, "We will not bow down, because of the allience; Vijayakanth will lead the 2021 assembly elections; we are not the community which bow down for everything!"
Speaking after Premalatha Vijayakanth, Vijayakanth congratulated the election winners.
