Vijay Sethupathi's noble gesture for Sindhubaadh

Vijay Sethupathi's Sindhbaadh is hitting the screens today and the actor is said to have come out of the way to help release the movie. Rajarajan got into legal issues for failure to pay Rs 17 crore to the producers of Baahubali, who had earlier given him the distribution rights of their film. Hence to clean this mess, Vijay Sethupathi and the composer of the film, Yuvan Shankar Raja stepped in to solve the issue. Sources say that Vijay Sethupathi and Yuvan Shankar Raja paid Rs 1 crore each to the producers of Baahubali, on behalf of Rajarajan. Shan Sutharshan of Vansan Movies, who is co-producing the film, also paid some amount to help the film’s release. The movie was supposed to hit the screens last week and saw a delay due to these issues. Now the makers are said to have cleared all hurdles. Sindhbaadh is directed by SU Arun Kumar and has Anjali play the female lead. It is produced by SN Rajarajan and Shan Sutharsan under K Productions banner.
