Much recently Kerala emerged the biggest market for Tamil cinema. Scores of films released in Tamil directly there and made it big. What more the onesvatrring Vijay and Rajinikanth released in maximum screens and went on to become a blockbuster. However the situation may not be the same in coming months. Sources now say that Film Distributors Association (Kerala), has announced that other language films can release in maximum 125 screens in the state and playing an olf film distributors share cannot exceed 55% of net.
This must be a rude shock to Tamil Producers. Wonder what their plans would be now.
