The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission in its notification dated 9.11.2016 had invited applications from eligible candidates for selection against 85 vacancies for appointment by direct recruitment to the posts included in CCS-I Examination (Group-I Services), 2014-2016. After verification of copy of certificates / Documents called for from the candidates, who were selected provisionally from Preliminary Examination were admitted to appear in the Main Written Examination which was held from 13.10.2017 to 15.10.2017.
The result of Main Written Examination was published on 31.12.2018 in the Commission’s website, said a press release from TNPSC. It said, further, the oral test for this recruitment is scheduled to be held from 21.01.2019 to 25.01.2019. The candidates are informed through SMS and E-mail and also informed to download the Notice of Interview mentioning the date and time of Oral Test from the Commission’s Website.
The candidates may present themselves at the Office of the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, TNPSC Road, Chennai – 600 003 (Near Government Dental College and Chennai Fort Railway Station) for Oral Test as specified in the “Notice of Interview“ sent to them. Candidates failing to appear for Oral Test on the said dates will not be given any further chance to appear for the same. Mere calling for Oral Test will not imply that his/her candidature fully considered for further process of selection, it added.
