Tamil Nadu Jamathul Ulama Sabai members met actor turned politician Rajinikanth at his residence in Chennai on Sunday. According to media reports, the actor discussed on the issues related to CAA and NRC with the members of TNJUS. Speaking after the meeting, Muslim leaders said Rajinikanth has assured to be with them to Play fears about CAA and ensure there is peace everywhere.
Notably, Rajinikanth recently asserted that the CAA will not affect Indian Muslim citizens in any manner, and if it does he stated that he will be the first person to raise the voice and support for the Indian Muslims.
