Three people were killed and four others were injured when the car in which they were travelling rammed into a road side tree at Ayithampattu village near Ambur in Vellore district on Sunday.
Reports received here said the car driver lost control of the vehicle and it rammed into the tree, killing three people on the spot. Four others, who were travelling in the car, sustained injuries
and were admitted to Vellore Government Hospital.
