Even before the commencement of ‘Petta’, Karthik Subbaraj was reported of teaming up with Dhanush for a film, which was supposedly reported of having a Hollywood artiste in a lead role. While big names like Al Pacino and Morgan Freeman were reported off being linked to the film, there hasn’t been any affirmation involving it. Now it is said that the shooting of this film is all set to commence by the end of August and the major portions will be shot in UK and Madurai.
Initially, the film was supposed to be filmed in USA, but due to some location issues has been shifted to UK. Few important scenes are likely to be filmed in Madurai as well. Recently, there was news that Malayalam actress Aishwarya Lakshmi has been signed to play Dhanush’s love interest.
