Sivakarthikeyan is pinning all hopes on his upcoming film ‘Hero’ as his previous movies including Mr. Local bombed in box office. While there were some strong confirmations that the team is planning to get the movie released for the Pooja holidays, there seems to be a sudden change in plans now. It is officially affirmed that Hero will be hitting screens on December 20 owing to the long holiday yearend for Christmas and New Year.
The film is directed by Irumbu Thirai fame PS Mithran with director Priyadarshan’s daughter Kalyani Priyadarshan playing the female lead. Bala’s movie Nachiyaar fame Ivana is playing an important role. Action King Arjun is also appearing in an important character with Bollywood actor Abhay Deol as the baddie. Yuvan Shankar Raja’s music is yet another highlighting trait about the movie.
