Simbu team up with director Venkat Prabhu for Maanadu, which will be produced by Suresh Kamatchi.Yuvan Shankar Raja composes music for the film.
Now the Maanadu team has made a series of announcements yesterday to celebrate the birthday of their lead actor Simbu. The film crew introduced the name of Simbu's character in the film yesterday as Abdul Kalik.
It has been confirmed that the director-actor SJ Suryah has joined hands to play a key role in this political film. The film will also star actors Y Gee Mahendran, Manoj Bharathiraja and Bigg Boss-famous Daniel Anne Pope.Maanadu has Kalyani Priyadarshan play the female lead.
Also the sources have reaveled that SJ Suryah would be the villain to Simbu in Maanadu.
