Sources have revealed what role Rajinikanth is playing in Darbar. They say he is not just a cop, but an encounter specialist.
Darbar is directed by AR Murugadoss, the movie has Nayanthara as heroine. Bollywood actor Prateik Babbar will play a baddie in the movie. Rajinikanth plays dual roles - one of the roles is a cop. Music is by Anirudh. Lyca Productions is bankrolling the movie and cinematography will be by Santosh Sivan. Actor SJ Suryah is said to be playing an important role in the flick.
