After a stellar role in Petta, actor Sasikumar is busy with the director SR Prabhakaran's Kombu Vatcha Singamda. It is produced by Inder Kumar of the Redhan - The Cinema People banner. And sources say that it is a sequel to Sundarapandian. Says Inder Kumar, 'Veteran director Mahendran is playing a pivotal role in the film which also stars Madonna Sebastain, Soori, Yogi Babu and Hareesh Peradi. I am also playing a role in this film. A major portion of the movie was shot in Pollachi, Tenkasi and Karaikudi.'
NK Ekambaram of Kanthaswamy fame is handling the cinematography, while Dhibu Ninan Thomas will be composing the music for Kombu Vatcha Singamda. The first look poster of the film was released on Twitter yesterday.
