The terrorist attack in Jammu and Kashmir, which has left 40 CRPF soldiers killed, has sent shock waves across the country.
Meanwhile, superstar Rajinikanth has condemned the attack. In a statement, he said, "I strongly condemn the unpardonable violence of the terrorists at Pulwama in Kashmir.. enough is enough..! Time has come to put an end to all these barbaric acts." "My heart goes out to the families of the Jawans who lost their lives and are injured. To those brave hearts departed.. may their souls rest in peace," he added.
A statement from Makkal Needhi Maiam said: "Having learnt that more than 40 CRPF soldiers were martyred at the Pulwama terrorist attack, Makkal Needhi Maiam party President Mr Kamal Haasan, contacted advisor of Jammu & Kashmir’s Governor Mr Vijaykumar (former Chennai Police Commissioner) via phone and spoke to him. "We, along with the people of India are observing the dedicated, indomitable spirit of you and your team during this dire circumstance. Each and every citizen of the nation stand by you and support all your actions regardless of political bias," he assured.
