Pak to raise Kashmir issue in ICJ

Pakistan said  that it would take the Kashmir dispute with India to International Court of Justice (ICJ), after India revoked special status for Jammu and Kashmir earlier this month, to the fury of Islamabad. "We have decided to take Kashmir case to the International Court of Justice," Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi told a news channel.

"The decision was taken after considering all legal aspects," Shah Mehmood Qureshi added.
