Nirbhaya convicts is not allowed to be executed separately: Delhi High Court

The Delhi High Court today issued an order on the Central Government's petition.

In it, Delhi High ordered that the convicts are not allowed to be executed separately. Since they were sentenced to death by a common order, they cannot be allowed to be executed separately. All four criminals can use all legal relief within a week. But the judges ordered that the culprits would not be accepted for the delay to legal relief.

The High Court also held that, after the dismissal of SC's appeals by the convicts in May 2017, no one had taken steps to file death warrants against them.
