Nayanthara's next is a horror thriller and has been titled Airaa. The movie was censored recently. It managed a UA certificate. Buzz is that it is releasing 28 March. Produced by KJR Studios, the movie is directed by Sarjun KM. Nayanthara plays a dual role for the first time in her career in Airaa.
Touted to be an emotional horror thriller, the film has Kaliyarasan, Yogi Babu, Jayaprakash, Leelavathi and Maatheevan in pivotal roles. KS Sundaramurthy is composing the music for the film and Sudarshan Srinivasan has cranked the camera.
