Mookuthi Amman is almost like reviving the pre-existing paradigm of Tamil film industry, where several movies based on Goddess Amman was made. Now Nayanthara is bringing back the olden times by playing the role of Goddess Amman in ‘Mookuthi Amman’, which is written and directed by RJ Balaji along with NJ Saravanan. RJ Balaji will also be seen playing one of the lead roles in this movie, which is produced by Vels Film International Dr. Ishari K Ganesh.
According to the reports, the shooting commenced yesterday in Nagercoil that was preceded by the movie launch at Kanyakumari Bhagavathi Amman Temple. However, Nayanthara wasn’t present for the occasion and she will be joining the shoot lately in time for this schedule.
