After Triple Talaq bill, scrapping of Article 370 and giving more powers to NIA, there seems to be more in the pipeline from the government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who stormed back to power for the second consecutive time in May this year. According to a report, the NDA government at the Centre is likely to bring a bill to prevent conversion of religion. Quoting sources, the report in Zee News said that the BJP-led government may bring the anti-conversion bill in the next session of Parliament.
Sources were quoted as saying that the government has already started preparations for the same and discussion are underway to bring the bill that might prevent any kind of religious conversion.
