It looks like STR’s ‘Maanadu’ is going to be a much bigger magnum opus for each and everyone involved in the film. The film’s shooting will go on floors from this weekend in Chennai. Earlier, we had reported that Aravind Swami has been approached to play the negative role in this movie. But now, we hear that SJ Suryah is replacing him in the antagonistic role. The film is directed by Venkat Prabhu and is produced by Suresh Kamatchi with Kalyani Priyadarshan playing the female lead. The film has musical score by Yuvan Shankar Raja and will be a political thriller.
