Call it a crude act. At Madhavaram, a young man was found sexually abusing puppies. The man identified Bhaskar was caught red handed while sexually assaulting four puppies near Madhavaram. Police slapped case against him and lodged him in prison. He was nailed thanks to an activist Sai Vignesh who filed a police complaint against him. This is not the first time that Bhaskar is doing this offence. He was seen sexually abusing pups in MMDA colony last month. When he was doing the same in Madhavaram, people caught him and lashed him.
Case was filed under section 294 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). It would mean a punishment for performing obscene acts in public.
