Brazil President blamed Actor and environmentalist Leonardo DiCaprio as a cause of the Amazon forest fires. President Jair Bolsonaro Made the claim Thursday on a webcast, arguing that nongovernmental organaizations contribututed to the forest fires.
And "Leonardo DiCaprio, you are assisting with the burning of the Amazon, that can't be," Said Bolsonaro. "Leonardo DiCaprio is a great guy, isnt he? Donating money to set the Amazon on fire," he said.
Responding to this Actor Leonardo DiCaprio writes on Instagram, refuting Bolsonaro's accusations while maitaining his support to the Brazilian people working to save the forest.
