Producer Boney Kapoor, husband of Sridevi shared the news on his micro-blogging page saying, "Sridevi lives forever in not just our hearts but also in the hearts of millions of her fans. Eagerly waiting to watch the unveiling of her figure at Madam Tussauds, Singapore on September 4, 2019." (Sic). Boney Kapoor along with both his daughters have flown down to Singapore for being a part of this event. It is worth mentioning that a honorable entitlement of TITAN Reginald F Lewis Film Icon Award was conferred upon her during 2019 Cannes Film Festival.
