There are reports that Kamal Haasan's Indian 2 which went on floors a few days ago has been shelved. Sources close to the production unit that only four days of film has been shot till now.
Buzz is that Shankar has overshot the film’s budget and Lyca has backed off from the project. They also add that since Kamal Haasan is busy with his political commitments (Lok Sabha elections round the corner), it is unlikely that shoot of Indian 2 will resume. Kajal Agarwal plays the heroine while the cast includes Nedumudi Venu and Siddharth. Music is by Anirudh.
