There are speculations that Sivakarthikeyan's next film with director M Rajesh is loosely based on Rajinikanth's blockbuster Mannan. Nayanthara plays the heroine. Reports say that the movie has been named Mr Local. Sources say the team discussed various titles and finally settled for the title Mr Local. The team is planning to release first look posters of the film will be out in February.
Produced by Gnanvelraja, the movie is all complete and ready for release in April. Meanwhile Sivakarthikeyan is also simultaneously working on a sci-fi thriller, directed by Ravi Kumar.
