Is DMK MP RS Bharathi's regrets enough?

Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) MP RS Bharathi on Monday compared media houses to 'red-light districts'. After a long scathing attack against journalists, the DMK leader went on to call Brahmins as "dogs". While speaking at a party event, RS Bharathi accused journalists of running a campaign against DMK in Tamil Nadu. He alleged that media's attack at the DMK has sharpened ever since the party hired political strategist Prashant Kishor for its election campaign.

Though he made a U turn in the evening saying that he spoke in a jiff and as requested by DMK president MK Stalin expressed regret for his words, many say that it is not enough.
