Ilayaraja 75 at Nandanam YMCA Grounds saw Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan attend the live concert of Ilayaraja Sunday. At the concert, Kamal Haasan not just spoke about his rapport with Ilayaraja but also shared the secret that it was Ilayaraja who advised him to enter politics. Speaking on the occasion, Kamal Haasan said Ilayaraja has been a great human being and his contribution is immense.
He said it was he who urged him to enter politics to serve people. Kamal Haasan also sang a few songs from his films that were tuned by Ilayaraja. Along with Kamal Haasan, his daughter Sruthi Haasan also crooned few songs. Kamal Haasan also thanked TFPC and it's president Vishal for organizing such a big show honouring the legend.
