Gautham Vasudev Menon would have remained silent all the time when critics and audiences criticize his movies, but when it comes to his maiden attempt in web series ‘Queen’, he gets down to slam them all up. It happens that our industry often has amateur critics, who aren’t qualified enough, but have access to criticize through social media and YouTube channels. One among such criticisms was the term ‘Slow Pacing’ quoted by few with ‘Queen’. Regarding this, Gautham Vasudev Menon says, “I have remained silent when it comes to my films, but I can’t accept what they are mentioning on ‘Slow pace’ about Queen. I don’t what is their idea about ‘Pace’ here. This is a different genre and how do you expect a pace here.”
Queen that is based on the life of former late Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalitha that has Season 1 with 11 episodes being streamed on MX Player.
