The news that Rajinikanth will star in the adventure tv show Onto the Wild with Bear Grylls spread out like wildfire earlier last month. Visuals of the actor traveling to the forest area of Bandipur have been widely shared, after which Discovery Communications India confirmed the story.

Since then, Indians waited with great excitement to see their favorite film star and explorer join forces and exploring the wild together. Following this, Bear Grylls released the first look of Rajinikanth recently.

While everyone was looking forward to the broadcast of the show, Discovery Channel has officially announced 'Into The Wild' with Bear Grylls and Rajinikanth will be aired on Discovery channel on 23rd March at 8 P.M. Sharing a teaser video for the show, the channel said, "Gear up to venture into the wilderness of India with survival expert @BearGrylls and the ultimate superstar @Rajinikanth in an action packed adventure. Premieres 23 March at 8 PM, only on Discovery! ThalaivaOnDiscovery".

Discovery Television Channel's 'Man vs. Wild' is one of the world famous show. The show's protagonist, Bear Grylls, is compiling and publishing a documentary on how to survive and survive in dangerous conditions in the dark forest.
