Last night, Archana Kalpathi making an official word about the film’s update on release has made the Thalapathy fans rejoice greatly. She has indeed affirmed that September will be months of updates one after the other. It is also confirmed by her that the second single track ‘Verithanam’ crooned by Vijay will be out shortly. While the announcement has been made that Tamil Nadu theatrical rights of Vijay’s Bigil has been acquired by Screen Scene Media, it is learnt through the close sources that they have clasped it for a deal of Rs. 75 Cr approximately.
With the film hitting screens for Diwali weekend, they are sure as shooting stars with the movie. Moreover, the film has an additional value of bigger star-cast like Nayanthara, Music director AR Rahman and of course, Vijay playing dual roles. It is said that the theatrical rights has been sold on MG Basis and the distributors confirmed for now in Tamil Nadu are as follows.
