Chief Minister Edappadi Palaniswamy today inaugurated the construction of Government medical college in Ramanathapuram.Minister of Health and Family Welfare Harsh Vardhan, Deputy Chief Minister O Panneerselvam graced the inauguration ceremony with their presence.
A grand stage was set up in the Ramanathapuram collectorate for the inauguration. A whooping amount of Rs 345 crore will be spent for the construction of government medical college. The land decided for the medical college construction is located near the collectorate in Ramanathapuram.
The event was attended by Minister Dr Vijaya Bhaskar, Chief Secretary Shanmugam, Collector Veeraraghavarav, MLAs, MPs and hundreds of civilians of Ramanathapuram.
