Trisha plays the lead in a movie titled Paramapatham Vilayattu. Directed by Thirugnanam, it seems to be a politically charged thriller. The trailer shows an ailing leader of a political party admitted to a hospital. Trisha plays a doctor who treats the politician. She is forced by other politicians in the party to do certain ‘things’, but she refuses.
