Rural local government elections in Tamil Nadu have been completed in two phases and the results have been announced on Friday, where the oppositon party DMK has won the majority of the seats. Though DMK took over a large number of seats in Tamil Nadu, DMK's has failed to win in its won district in kaniyumari and has lost to BJP

The BJP has topped the ruling AIADMK and opposition party DMK.So, BJP members are cellebration happily by distributing sweets in Localities and they claim that the lotus has statred to bloom in Tamil Nadu.
