Superstar Rajinikanth has been alternatively working with many leading filmmakers among which, he has shown interest of working with young filmmakers as well. After working with Karthik Subbaraj in Petta, he is now reported of teaming up with Kaithi fame Lokesh Kanagaraj for a movie, which is told to be produced by Kamal Haasan’s Raj Kamal Films International. Meanwhile, an inside source reports that Atlee was recommended by some in his close industry circles.
However, he wasn’t happy with the issues that Sri Thenandal Films faced after producing ‘Mersal’. The production house has stalled many of its projects after the disastrous results with this film. Apparently, sources claim that the budget of ‘Bigil’ when above the line, which made the producers of AGS Entertainment completely unhappy. So he decided to avoid working with Atlee as the sources say. However, let us hope that these aren’t the facts and both of them come together soon for a project.
