GVK Mumbai International Airport Ltd (MIAL) is a Public Private Partnership joint venture between a GVK-led consortium and the Airports Authority of India (AAI). GVK MIAL was awarded the mandate for operating and modernizing Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai (CSMIA).
