Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami today continued his review meeting with District Collectors for the second consecutive day. Sources said 13 Collectors took part in the meeting at the Secretariat here. Vellore Collector did not take part due to the Lok Sabha poll counting in the district. Nilgiris and Coimbatore Collectors also did not the attend the meeting as they are deputed to oversee the rain affected areas in their respective districts.
It may be noted that Palaniswami held discussions with 16 District Collectors yesterday. Palaniswami discussed with the District Collectors about the current status of various development projects that are taking place in the State.
