Chief Minister announces government job for late sub inspector Wilson's daughter

The Chief Minister has given a state-of-the-heart relief to the family of the special sub inspector Wilson, who was shot dead at Kaliyakkavil in Kanyakumari district.

Wilson, a special sub inspector working at a checkpoint on the Tamil Nadu-Kerala border, was shot dead by mysterious persons on January 8. Police are looking for the culprits in this regard.
Chief Minister Edappadi Palanisamy had announced in the course of the legislative session that Rs 1 crore relief would be given to the Wilson family.

In this case, the Chief Minister has summoned Wilson's family to the Secretariat and handed over a check for Rs. 1 crore.

Angel Marie, who met reporters at the Secretariat after receiving the check, said she was saddened that no one should face this type of situation it.

Angel Marie said the Chief Minister had assured her that the government would be given for the educational qualification of her eldest daughter. She said that it was comforting to hear that the eldest daughter was given a government job or her youngest daughter was an alternative.
