Over the past couple of months, Chennai Box Office has been spangled with lots of new releases including Tamil, Hollywood and other regional releases among which The Lion King, Alladin, Hobbs & Shaw became the top gainers with Ajith Kumar’s Nerkonda Paarvai. Looking into the Chennai box office scenario over last week, which is between August 19 and August 24, Comali has registered a decent run stepping into No. 1 position followed by ‘The Angry Birds 2’ at No. 2. Ajith Kumar’s Nerkonda Paarvai, which will remain unbeatable for crossing 10-Cr mark is at No.3 followed by Kennedy Club and Bakrid. It looks like there will be major change this weekend as multi-lingual film ‘Saaho’ is getting released.
