Indo Cinea Appreciation Foundation, in association with Russian Center of Science and Culture, is organizing a BRICS Film Festival from 15 th to 17 th April 2019 at Russian Center of Science and Culture, 74, Kasturi Ranga Road, Chennai - 600018. According to a press note, the festival will be inaugurated by Oleg N. Avdeev, Consul General of the Russian Federation to South India, Chennai.
Sivan Kannan, President, ICAF will preside over the function. D. Ramakrishnan, Deputy General Manager – NFDC and S Nanthagopal, Film producer will be the Distinguished Guests and Sakshi
Agarwal, Cine Artiste will light the lamp.
