Registrar General of Madras High Court on Monday received a letter that threatened of multiple bomb blasts inside the high court premises on September 30.
The letter allegedly written by one Hardarshan Singh Nagpal from Moti Nagar in West Delhi said that he belongs to International Khalistan Support Group. “I want to inform you on date 30 September 2019 with my son I will do multiple bomb blast inside of high court buildings (sic),” read the letter. The person has also alleged that he often changes his locations from south to Delhi and uses different mobile numbers to avoid getting caught. While the security has been intensified at the High Court premises following the threat, the police are also investigating the veracity of the letter.
