The 46th Indian Tourism and Trade exhibition at Island Grounds, was inaugurated Chief Minister Edapadi k Palanisamy on December 22.
The 70-day fair by Indian Tourism and Trade Exhibition is being organised to tap in the festive spirit and ensure better profit for traders. The expo which aims towards the promotion of Indian tourism has interesting stalls of Rajasthan handicrafts, Jaipur handlooms and Kashmiri fruit shops.
It has been witnessing a steep rise in the number of visitors. And enjoyed each and every stalls and rides as well they said that they enjoyed watching the displays of recreated Athi Varadar at the HR&CE stall at the exhibition.
Athi Varadar – the Deity who gives darshan once in 40 years only,who has given his darshan from July 01 till Aug 18, 2019. In his remembrance this idol was recreated.
