Apparently annoyed at PMK forging an alliance with AIADMK, senior leader of the party and actor Ranjith announced quitting the party In a statement, he said, 'after calling the AIADMK very corrupt we wonder why PMK forged an alliance'.
No one in the party were informed about the coalition. They will anyways come out from alliance after local body polls, he added. Ranjith also added, ' I cannot tolerate this and hence quitting the party'.
