The season 1 of Queen starring Ramya Krishnan in lead role and directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon-Prasath Murugesan of ‘Kidaari’ fame has garnered good reception. The director is now consistently seen promoting the web series by interacting with press and media. During one of such sessions, he has mentioned that the pre-production works of Queen 2 have already commenced and it will be going on floors by middle of next year.
Obviously, the season 1 ends with on a high-octane powerful note with the protagonist’s character Shakthi being pushed down from the procession care of GMR’s mortal remains. Her close friend Suriya Kala, gets into the picture and changes as the hailing chants from GMR to Puratchi Thalaivi Shakthi.
